Gym Membership Special: $250 1yr (Paid in advance includes 24 hr gym use only)
Gym Membership Special: $520 1yr. (Paid in advance includes 24hr gym use + unlimited training/conditioning classes)
$25.00 month for 24 hr access to gym Only (no classes)
$45 month 24hr access to gym plus 2 classes a week
$60 month 24hr access to the gym and unlimited classes
Single class pricing: $8

Non Members

Single class pricing: $10 (You don't have to be a member of the gym to attend classes)

Training For an Awakening is without a doubt the most powerful concept that I came up with for fitness training.

It is an INTENSE cardio, kettlebells, battling rope strength and conditioning training PROVEN to enhance self empowerment, confidence, definition, weight loss and muscle gain.

This program will definitely push you to what you may believe is ” Your Limit, or All You Can Give. When you reach this point, that’s when I come in to reinforce or speak positive affirmations into your life so that you AWAKEN and reach deeper within yourself to give birth the the GREATNESS or the BEST YOU from within and EMPOWER yourself to complete the workout.

I am talking about self-empowerment! The powerful thing about the AWAKENING is that you will see life differently. You will change as a person and you can take your new mindset and apply that to your everyday life and truly find happiness, joy, or whatever it is that you’re seeking to fulfill. You will realize that this “BETTER YOU” was within you all along but you have now decided to share this “BETTER YOU” with the world and/or your circle of influence.You will then become the change agent, influence or inspiration to those around you.
